I’m excited to speak with Dr Nicole Gabana in this episode. Nicole is Director of Sport Psychology for the University of Massachusetts. Previously, Nicole was Assistant Professor of Sport Psychology in the Department of Educational Psychology and Learning Systems at Florida State University. She is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).
